1. Coop Life Assurance Center (CLAC)

A. Elementary
- Must maintain a general average of 85
- No grade below 82 in all subjects
B. Secondary
- A final grade of 85 and above
- No grade below 82 in grade VI
- Must maintain a general average of 85 and no grades below
82 in all subjects to continue the scholarship grants.
2. Honor Students
a. The valedictorian of any recognized Department of Education (DepEd) school with minimum of 50 class-size is entitled to 100% tuition fee discount and the salutatorian is entitled to 50% tuition fee discount.
b. They will continue to enjoy the same privilege in the subsequent year levels provided they maintain the required general average of 92% for the valedictorian and 90% for the salutatorian.
3. Discounts on Tuition Fees
a. 10% tuition fee discount is given to Coop members who will pay
full upon enrollment
b. 5% discount to non-coop members.
c. Number of Siblings:
i. 3 children
• 50% discount for the third child
ii. 4 children
• Free tuition fee for the fourth child
